Job Description
- Generate leads through personal network, referrals, field activities, and digital channels
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the insurer or agency.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional covers or riders based on client profile and needs.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert prospects into policyholders.
- Customer service and claims
- Provide ongoing after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders.
- Educate clients on policy terms, documentation, and procedures for claims.
- Guide and support customers during claim intimation, form filling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the insurance branch to track claim status and resolve customer issues.
