Job Description : We are a reputable loan debt collection agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back Office Staff to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person to collect outstanding debts

- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes

- Update client records and accounts using Excel

- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in debt collection

- Meet or exceed monthly debt collection targets

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically:

  - Pivot tables

  - V-lookup

- Fluency in three languages:

  - Khasi

  - Hindi

  - English

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in debt collection or a related field

- Experience working with diverse client populations
