Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant for a probation period of 2.5 weeks. During this period, the candidate’s performance will be closely observed to ensure they can handle the required tasks effectively. The role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting the kitchen team during service hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, peeling, marination, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations
• Support chefs during peak hours
• Handle dishwashing and waste disposal properly
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
• Assist in packing orders for delivery, if required

Probation Details:The probation period will be 2.5 weeks. After the probation, if the candidate’s performance meets expectations, they may be offered a full-time

position.

Duration: 2.5 weeks only

Payment: As per probation norms (after 2.5 weeks)

Meals: Provided during operational hours
