Job Responsibilities – MIS Specialist (Recovery & Collection)The MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data related to recovery and collection activities to support management decisions and client reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for recovery and collection portfolios.

Track and analyze collection performance, including:

• Bucket-wise recovery
• Agent-wise productivity
• Portfolio aging and resolutions

Generate client-specific MIS reports as per defined SLAs and formats.

Monitor targets vs achievements for:

• Field collection teams
• Telecalling teams
• Backend support teams

Maintain and update master data, allocation sheets, payment trackers, and portfolio movement reports.

Analyze trends related to:

• Delinquencies
• Rollbacks
• Recoveries
• Closures and settlements

Coordinate with operations, field staff, telecalling teams, and management for data validation and reconciliation.

Ensure 100% accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of MIS data.

Support internal audits, client audits, and compliance reporting requirements.

Automate reports and improve MIS efficiency using:

• Advanced MS Excel formulas
• Pivot tables
• Dashboards
• Macros or BI tools (where applicable)

Provide ad-hoc reports, insights, and presentations to management for strategic planning.
