Job Description – MSR (Solar Rooftop Division)

Role Objective:

To support the company’s rooftop solar business by increasing customer reach, generating leads, and ensuring smooth execution of BTL marketing and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Activity Conduct regular field visits, site surveys, and customer follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.

Coordinate and execute BTL marketing activities such as canopy setups, society awareness drives, dealer support programs, and local promotional events.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential end customers for solar rooftop installations.

Collect and update customer feedback, competitor activity, and market insights.

Identify and onboard Solar Rooftop System Integrators as per criteria set by the company Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams for lead management and closure.

Ensure regular reporting of daily activities, leads generated, and conversion status and SFDC update.

Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, local exhibitions, and campaigns.
