Job Title: Admin Executive - Real Estate Company

We're a dynamic real estate company focused on PERCEPT GROUP residential projects, commercial spaces, property management. We're looking for a motivated Admin Executive to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Description:

- Manage general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with clients, and handling correspondence.

- Maintain organized records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and partners.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

- Manage office supplies, facilities, and ensure a smooth office environment.

- Coordinate with the sales team for property visits, client meetings, and deal closures.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries professionally.

Experience: 1-2 years of admin experience, preferably in real estate or a corporate setting
