Job Descriptions-

1. Cheque Management:

* Receive cheques from relevant departments.

* Deposit cheques into company bank accounts in a timely manner.

2. Uniform Distribution:

* Deliver uniforms from the office to the respective job sites.

* Ensure accurate distribution and track delivery status.

3. Staff Transportation:

* Drop off and pick up relievers between job sites as needed.

* Ensure safe and timely transportation for staff.

4. Attendance Management:

* Prepare and maintain attendance sheets for employees on-site.

* Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date for payroll processing.

5. Material Ordering:

* Assist in ordering materials for office or site use.

* Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.

6. Joining New Candidates:

* Assist the recruitment department for joining new candidates at the site to ensure a smooth transition.

* Help candidates get familiar with their new work environment and the tasks they will perform.

* Ensure that new candidates are properly equipped with uniforms, tools, and other necessary items.

7. General Office Support:

* Perform other office-related duties as assigned, including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.

* Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
