About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the planning and execution of events and brand activations. This role involves vendor coordination, on-ground execution, budgeting support, and seamless collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities-

.     Assist in planning and executing events and brand activations from concept to completion

·        Support on-ground event execution including setup, live operations, troubleshooting, and dismantling

·        Coordinate with vendors such as printers, fabricators, AV partners, logistics providers, and manpower agencies

·        Conduct vendor and site visits to evaluate feasibility and timelines

·        Support commercial negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution

·        Coordinate venue bookings, permissions, and operational requirements

·        Assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining documentation

·        Manage purchase orders, vendor bills, and post-event reconciliations

·        Coordinate closely with internal teams (BD, creative, production, accounts)

·        Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Key Requirements

·    Knowledge of event and activation vendors or strong sourcing capability

·        Understanding of market rates with basic negotiation skills

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial tracking

·        Understanding of event measurements and material specifications

·        Two-wheeler preferred for on-ground coordination

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related field

·        2–4 years of experience in event operations or event management
