The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented individual responsible for overseeing and optimizing all facets of our business operations, contributing directly to revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Manage daily accounting activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close property deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing & Social Media:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, showcasing ongoing projects and available properties.
• Monitor social media performance and adapt strategies for optimal results.
• Manage online presence and reputation management efforts.

Daily Operations & Administration:

• Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Manage procurement of materials and services, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Handle general office management and ensure a productive work environment.

• Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance profitability.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and goal setting for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operations, managerial, or multi-faceted business role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
• Knowledge of the local Guwahati real estate market is a plus.
