Key Responsibilities
- Explain doctor’s advice, procedures, and treatment plans to patients
- Guide patients on investigations, surgery process, timelines, and costs
- Address patient and attendant queries politely and clearly
- Coordinate with doctors, OPD, billing, and OT teams
- Complete counselling documentation and consent formalities
- Follow up with patients for appointments and surgery scheduling
