Picker / Packer

Job Description:

We are hiring Warehouse Captains for Blinkit operations. The role includes picking, packing, scanning, sorting, and loading/unloading of grocery items inside the warehouse/store.

Captains are required to pick items from racks, scan products using handheld devices, and ensure fast and accurate order processing. Each item must be picked and brought within 10 seconds, as per operational standards.

Shift Timings:

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🕒 30 minutes lunch break included

Key Responsibilities:

Product picking, packing, and scanning

Sorting items as per orders

Loading and unloading goods

Maintaining accuracy, speed, and cleanliness

Eligibility:

10th pass or above

Freshers can apply

Physically fit for warehouse work
