Planning engineers help engineering teams deliver projects on scheduled time.Planning engineers also compile MIS reports, and deliver presentations when
required, prepare tender documents, contract documents, draft client letters, contractor letters, check contractor bills, deviation statement, rate analysis of extra items, Extension of time claims by contractor, maintain documents related to bill, tender files, prepare agenda for meeting and thereafter Minutes of Meeting. Having knowledge about Delhi schedule of rates (DSR), CPWD Manual, IS Codes, tendering procedure.
