Pre sales Associate

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Pre-Sales Associate to join our team at our Zoo Road office. The role involves interacting with prospective customers, explaining services, handling initial queries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and interact with walk-in and phone inquiries
• Explain services and provide accurate information to prospects
• Maintain lead records and follow up with interested candidates
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversions
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to hardworking and punctual candidates
• Assamese language speaking is mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Responsible and disciplined work attitude

Work Details:

• Location: Zoo Road, Guwahati
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
