Pre-sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Pre-Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads before handing them over to the sales/admissions team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, initial counselling, and ensuring high-quality lead conversion.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, online enquiries)
• Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and requirements
• Provide detailed information about courses/programs and services
• Conduct initial counselling sessions and build rapport with prospects
• Schedule appointments for the sales/admissions team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Follow up with potential leads to keep them engaged
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and qualification targets
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent convincing and persuasion ability
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead management
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Experience:2–10 years in pre-sales / inside sales / counselling
• Candidates having experience in supervising BPO telecallers within the telecom industry will be given preference.
• Salary:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
• Working Days:6 days a week
