Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of laser printers, inkjet printers, and multifunction printers
- Knowledge of printer hardware parts (cartridge, drum unit, fuser, rollers, etc.)
Troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to diagnose printer errors and faults
- Solving issues like paper jam, print quality problems, connectivity errors
Hardware Repair & Maintenance
- Installing and replacing printer parts
- Preventive maintenance and servicing
Software & Driver Installation
- Installing printer drivers and software
- Configuring printers on Windows networks
Networking Knowledge
- Setting up network printers (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Basic knowledge of IP configuration and printer sharing
