Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, supervising, and sourcing solar power projects — both residential and commercial. The role combines technical field expertise with a proactive approach to identifying and coordinating new project opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems (rooftop and ground-mounted).
• Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and feasibility checks for new solar projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify potential customers and assist in sourcing residential and commercial solar projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and handover details.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control during installation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance visits.
• Support sales and business development teams with site data and technical inputs.
• Desired Candidate Profile:Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in solar installation and project handling.
• Sound understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, structures, and wiring.
• Ability to manage field teams and vendors independently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
