We're seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to source listings, showcase properties, and drive client interest while our owner handles final negotiations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesScout and list rental/sale properties via owner networks, 99acres, and local contacts.
• Capture professional photos/videos using smartphone tools
• Conduct site visits and initial client tours for residential/commercial prospects.
• Follow up leads via calls/WhatsApp; maintain simple Excel tracker.
• Target 5-10 new listings/week and 20 client interactions/month.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1-3 years sales experience (real estate, pharma, or field sales a plus).
• Local knowledge of Guwahati hotspots; multilingual (Assamese/Hindi/English) advantage.
• Smartphone-savvy for photos, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps.
• Target-driven with valid two-wheeler/license for site visits.
• Age 25-40; RERA awareness
