Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Manage scheduling, including appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Coordinate deliveries, incoming mail, and packages
  • Provide general support to the team and other departments as needed


Qualifications:

  • Higher secondary, diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
