Recruitment Consultant

Techflora Global Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage domestic and international hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates for various job roles across industries.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Guide candidates regarding job roles, documentation and application process
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
