Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their computing needs (office use, gaming, student, business, etc.)
• Recommend suitable laptops based on processor, RAM, storage, graphics, and budget
• Explain technical specifications in simple and customer-friendly language
• Demonstrate product features, performance, and accessories
• Upsell related products such as bags, antivirus, extended warranty, mouse, printers, etc.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately
• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
• Keep updated with latest laptop models, offers, and competitor pricing
• Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team
