Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our FirstCry.com showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their requirements
• Assist customers in selecting baby and kids’ products
• Explain product features, offers, and promotions clearly
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
• Manage stock, tagging, and replenishment
• Resolve basic customer queries and complaints politely
• Follow company policies and store guidelines
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
• Prior retail or showroom sales experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of billing systems is an advantage
• Experience:Freshers can apply
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred
