Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage showroom walk-ins

and drive sales for multiple EV two-wheeler brands at GBG X. The candidate will play a key role in creating

a positive customer experience and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling & Sales

 Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements



Explain features, pricing, and benefits of different EV models



Give product demonstrations and test ride coordination



Convert leads to sales and achieve individual targets

2. Product Knowledge



Maintain strong knowledge of all EV brands and models in the showroom



Stay updated on latest offers, schemes, and features

3. Lead Management



Maintain customer database and follow-ups 

Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media



Ensure timely closure of leads

4. Customer Experience



Ensure a welcoming and professional showroom experience

 Address customer queries and build trust



Maintain long-term relationship with customers

5. Showroom Support

 Assist in maintaining showroom display and cleanliness



Support in events, promotions, and marketing activities

6. Coordination

 Work closely with Store Manager and team for daily targets



Coordinate with backend team for documentation and delivery
