Job Summary

Darjeeling Momos is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executives to manage outlet sales operations, assist customers, and ensure an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food service, sales, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food orders efficiently
• Promote menu items, combos, and ongoing offers
• Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ensure quick service and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order preparation
• Maintain daily sales reporting and cash handling
• Upsell products to increase outlet sales

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Prior experience in food outlet / retail sales preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
