Job Description

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at CSD Trading Corporation Pvt. Ltd., a leading distributor of construction materials. We are committed to providing top-quality products and services to our clients across North-East India. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to drive our sales efforts in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and Increase Dealer Network:

  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Develop strategies to enhance dealer engagement and performance.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to provide training, support, and promotional materials.

Direct Sales to Builders:

  • Identify and target key builders and construction companies in North-East India.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with builders and contractors.

Inflow of Products into Government Projects:

  • Identify opportunities for product inclusion in government construction projects.
  • Develop relationships with government officials and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements for project tenders.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and bids for government contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction fibres and chemicals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North-East India.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
