Position 1: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for 3-wheelers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, local marketing, and customer referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain finance/loan options.
  • Maintain proper sales records and follow-up with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales field experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally.

Position 2: Team Leader (1 Position - M)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve collective targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and field support.
  • Develop and execute local marketing activities to boost sales.
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local markets and customer base.

Position 3 : Service & Spare Parts Incharge (M)

  • Supervise daily service operations and ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
  • Assign jobs to technicians and monitor workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate with service advisors for job card preparation and status updates.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service records and prepare performance reports.
  • Monitor service revenue and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts – receiving, storing, and issuing as per company procedure.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and track consumption patterns.

Requirements:

  • 1 years or more of experience in an automobile dealership, service center, or workshop.
  • Good knowledge of automotive service processes and spare parts management.
  • Hands-on experience with DMS / ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
