Job Description
Manage and lead the inside sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for lead generation, qualification, and closing.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed sales reports.
Train and coach inside sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and effective selling techniques.
Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies with lead generation campaigns.
Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate updating of client data and sales activities.
Continuously improve sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
