Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to build and expand the distributor network, recruit and develop insurance distributors, and drive life insurance sales through the agency channel. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, recruitment, and business development skills to achieve consistent sales growth and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Insurance Managers (IM) / Insutance Agents
• Drive monthly distributor activation and ensure consistent productivity
• Train, mentor, and support distributors to improve sales performance
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the agency distribution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Submit regular sales and performance reports to management

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Distribution (any industry)
• Prior experience in agency channel or team handling preferred
• Graduation mandatory
• Age 45 years (Max)
• Candidates with good job stability preferred (frequent job changes not preferred)
