Sales Manager

We are on the lookout for a results-oriented product sales manager to guide our team, formulate strategies, boost revenue, and guarantee outstanding customer service and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance income.
• Recruiting, training, and managing a successful sales team.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Staying updated on market trends and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing senior management with regular performance updates.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is an advantage).
• Over 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management role within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Salary up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
• A bike and a driver's license are required.
