Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves promoting our product services, understanding client needs, preparing quotations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and a proactive approach to sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients (builders, developers, contractors, architects, etc.)

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to clients to showcase the company’s services and products related to building construction.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit detailed project proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements and company offerings.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to provide insights for product/service development and improve sales strategies.

Project Coordination: Work closely with the engineering, project management, and design teams to ensure the successful execution of sales and timely delivery of services.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates to management.

Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve products and services, and resolve any issues promptly.
