Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth through hotel room sales, tour package promotions, and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through B2B and B2C channels, including corporate clients, travel agents, and other platforms.

• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings (Rooms, Packages, Events).
• Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and tour packages.
• Develop B2B relationships with:
• Travel Agents
• Corporates
• Event Planners
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base. 
• Design and sell customized domestic & inbound tour packages.
• Coordinate with vendors (transport, guides, hotels) for seamless execution. 
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns).
• Coordinate with design teams for promotional creatives.
• Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. 

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience

Performance-Based Incentives:

The incentive structure is designed to reward high performers and represents the maximum earning potential over and above the fixed salary. Incentives are directly linked to:

• Monthly revenue generation (Rooms, Tour Packages)
• Lead conversion and closures
• Achievement of assigned sales targets

Earning Potential:

• There is no upper cap on incentives, allowing top performers to significantly enhance their overall earnings based on performance.
