Job Description
A Building Materials Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and developers while maintaining existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively find new clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation: Provide technical expertise and demonstrations of building products, offering advice on suitability for projects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Conduct price negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the construction materials, hardware, or related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes and building materials.

- Results-Oriented: Confident, competitive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
