Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively find new clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation: Provide technical expertise and demonstrations of building products, offering advice on suitability for projects.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Conduct price negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
