Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the admissions (sales) team to achieve enrolment targets
• Monitor daily performance including calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Convert leads into admissions through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve conversion rates
• Ensure proper lead management and follow-up system in CRM (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaign effectiveness
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Handle escalated enquiries and close high-value or critical leads

Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales and conversion skills
• Experience in telesales / education counselling / EdTech sales
• Proven ability to lead and manage & train a team
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
