Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor daily performance and provide guidance/training to team members
• Handle key customer relationships and close high-value deals
• Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends 

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales (preferably with 2+ year in a leadership role)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
