Job Profile Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer who has hands-on experience in both Field Sales and Sales Training. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and capable of delivering impactful training programs to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales training programs for Banca channel teams.
• Provide on-field sales coaching and practical guidance.
• Conduct product and process training sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Submit detailed training reports by EOD (End of Day).
• Maintain training records and reports using Excel.
• Travel to nearby locations (7–10 days/month) as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of minimum training experience.
• Prior exposure to Field Sales and Sales Training (both mandatory).
• Experience in hard-core retail / FMCG sales industry preferred.
• Strong adaptability and ability to handle dynamic work environments.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
