Senior Accountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant cum Designer who can independently manage accounting operations while also handling basic to advanced designing work for business requirements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of balancing financial responsibilities with creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:Maintain complete books of accounts on a daily basis
• Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Handle invoicing, purchase entries, expense tracking, and payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Designing Responsibilities:
• Design creatives for calendars, diaries, notebooks, packaging, banners, brochures, and promotional materials
• Prepare print-ready files as per specifications
• Make necessary design corrections and layout adjustments
• Coordinate with printing vendors regarding design requirements
• Maintain design records and digital assets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (additional design certification preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally / Busy / accounting software
• Working knowledge of GST & taxation
• Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar design tools)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
