Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as a link between customers and the service team. The role involves understanding vehicle issues, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements

Prepare job cards and explain service procedures, timelines, and costs

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs

Provide regular service updates to customers

Promote value-added services and service packages

Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction

Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups

Maintain service records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or related field preferred)

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in automobile service operations

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Basic computer and billing software knowledge

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills

Experience in authorized service centers

Knowledge of vehicle warranty, insurance, and service processes
