Supervisor/Incharge

1. The complete responsibility of mobilization and demobilization of the drilling rig.

2. Install and operate drilling equipment, including moving throttles and levers to control the speed of rotary tables, observing the pressure gauge, and regulating tool pressure at the bottoms of boreholes.

3. Update machine maintenance list daily basis.

4. Determine depths of boreholes by counting sections of the drill rod.

5. Control diesel, electric draw works by pushing brake pedals and levers to lower and raise casings and drill pipes on and out of boreholes.

6. Correct problems in drilled holes caused by mechanical breakdowns or by harmful natural conditions.

7. Connect drill pipe sections by using hand tools and powered tongs and wrenches.

8. Locate and recover lost or broken bits, casings, drill pipes, etc. from wells using special tools.

9. Adjust and maintain machinery for proper performance, including changing drill bits; repairing or replacing defective parts; and cleaning and oiling pulleys, cables, and blocks.

10. Begin and examine slush pump operation for consistency and circulation of drilling fluid or mud in the borehole.

11. Keep records of drilled footage, nature and location of penetrated strata, tools and materials used, services rendered, and amount of time required to complete each task.                                                                                                                                                                                                              

12. Report information about the drilling process to the Engineer in charge.

13. Train crews on proper procedures to ensure drills are used safely and effectively.                         

14. Be safety conscious in all the work and use compulsory protective equipment.

15. Responsible for safe working conditions on the drill floor at all times.

16. Ensure that his subordinates use compulsory protective equipment.

17. Be familiar with all relevant work and safety procedures issued by Company.

18. Restriction on Liquor/smoking in working time.                                                                                  

19. Duty time at site 8.0 am to 8pm. If any emergency or progress related issue working hours increases as per responsibility.                                                                                           

20. If there is delaying in payment, due to some technical issue or holiday so don’t be hesitate.                                                  

21. At least 5 to 10 years' experience on land/ offshore drilling Rigs. Of the

23. Operator must have ability to take responsibilities & complete target in given time.    

24. If any mis-behaviour or any material loss related issue recorded on site, amount will be charge on responsible person account. Some condition person loss there job without payment.
