Supervisor/Incharge

A supervisor's job involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring productivity, and acting as a liaison between employees and upper management by assigning tasks, providing training, monitoring performance, resolving conflicts, and enforcing company policies to meet departmental goals. Key responsibilities include scheduling, performance evaluations, skill development, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Guide, motivate, and supervise team members, assigning tasks and ensuring quality.
• Performance Monitoring: Track employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct evaluations.
• Communication: Relay information between staff and management, communicate goals, and report on progress.
• Training & Development: Coach employees, identify skill gaps, and help with onboarding new hires.
• Problem Solving: Address daily operational issues, handle escalated complaints, and resolve conflicts.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company rules, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
