Tally Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounts and financial records using Tally software
• Record daily business transactions including sales, purchases, and payments
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry
• Generate reports as required by management
• Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts
• Monitor payments and maintain debtors list on a regular basis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation (preferred)
