Role: Team Leads

We are hiring Team Leads to drive digital sales through concept selling across Guwahati locations.
The role holder will be responsible for achieving individual targets, managing new hires and bottom-quarterly performers, driving paid merchant acquisition, and maintaining regular partnerships to ensure desired productivity and maximize sales numbers.
Requirements:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any stream
- 60% minimum in 12th or Graduation
- 4+ years experience with 2+ years as Team Leader
- Field Sales Job - Bike is Mandatory
- Preference Industry - Digital sales, concept selling, sales in B2B, B2C, EdTech, E-Com or BFSI
