Telecaller

Location: Guwahati

Language Requirement: Nagamese or Nepali (Mandatory)

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates and provide information about training programs
• Communicate effectively in Nagamese or Nepali to engage and convince candidates
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve candidate queries professionally
• Maintain call records and update candidate details in the system
• Follow up with interested candidates for enrollment and further processes
• Coordinate with the mobilization and training team
• Requirements:Fluency in Nagamese or Nepali (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to relocate to Guwahati
• Ability to handle targets and work in a team
• Qualification:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Experience:Freshers can apply
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is an advantage
