Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students, provide information about our courses, and encourage them to visit our institute for counseling (walk-ins).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database
• Explain courses, fees, and benefits clearly and effectively
• Generate interest and schedule walk-ins for counseling sessions
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student details
• Achieve daily/weekly walk-in targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operations
• Ability to handle queries and objections professionally
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach
