We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our team at Nilachal Credit Management Pvt Ltd, a leading banking recovery agency. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, resolving queries, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to bank customers for recovery of overdue loans or credit payments.
• Maintain a polite and professional tone while communicating sensitive financial matters.
• Update customer information, call records, and payment details accurately in the system.
• Handle customer objections, provide information on repayment options, and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with the recovery team to ensure follow-up actions are taken.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and recovery amounts.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Assamese/Hindi.
• Confidence in handling customer objections and queries.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
• Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude.

🔹 Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
