Telecaller Outbound

Job Description

Cygnus Marketing is looking for confident and energetic Telecallers to support our marketing and lead generation activities.

The role involves calling potential clients customers or partners and explaining our services clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company

• Explain Cygnus Marketing services in a simple and convincing manner

• Generate leads and schedule follow up calls

• Maintain call records and update CRM or spreadsheets

• Handle basic customer queries politely

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi English and Assamese preferred

• Basic knowledge of calling etiquette and customer handling

• Ability to convince and build rapport on calls

• Comfortable with targets and performance based work

• Basic computer knowledge MS Excel Google Sheets

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
