·      Making out-bound calls to the prospective customers explaining the product and services offered by the company to generate leads.

·      Contacting existing customers to update latest features & functionalities of the existing product or various other product & services offered by the organization.

·      Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

·      Updating customer information in CRM

·      Closer of sales & Service orders over phone to achieve the set monthly target.

·      Asking relevant questions to understand the customer need.

·      Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

·      Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

·      Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

·      Work with the cross functional team to fulfil customer demand.

·      Will be responsible to generate sales revenue through tele-sales.
