Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident female Tele Caller to support our automobile sales team by handling outbound calls, generating leads, and engaging potential customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Explain product offerings, schemes, and services clearly.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
• Update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with sales team for customer follow-ups and closures.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools preferred, training will be provided).
