Job Title: Team Leader - Tele calling (Personal Loans & Overdraft)

Location: Guwahati

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader. The focus will be on promoting and selling personal loans and overdraft products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the financial services domain and the ability to lead, motivate, and drive the team towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of telecallers to ensure high performance and productivity.

Monitor daily activities, call quality, and adherence to scripts and compliance standards.

Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to enhance the team's skills and performance.

Set and monitor individual and team targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Drive monthly target achievement and ensure the team meets or exceeds performance benchmarks.

Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Handle escalations and resolve any issues that may arise in the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a team leader, specifically in personal loans and overdraft products.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
