Telesales Executive

Role ObjectiveDrive student enrollments through high-conversion telesales. This role exists for one reason: conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads and convert inquiries into paid enrollments
• Explain courses clearly and handle objections confidently
• Follow up consistently until closure
• Maintain call records and conversion data
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrollment targets
• Eligibility (Mandatory)Minimum 2 years experience in telesales
• Fluent in Hindi (spoken)
• Strong persuasion and closing skills
• PreferredPrior experience in a coaching / education institute
• Proven track record of high conversion ratios
