Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Executives to join our team. Freshers passionate about travel, tourism, and customer service are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for assisting customers with tour planning, executing tour packages, and ensuring an excellent travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel planning and holiday package selection

Provide accurate information on destinations and tour itineraries

Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation

Support the creation and execution of customized holiday packages

Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Coordinate with vendors, hotels, travel operators, and internal teams

Handle basic office documentation and customer queries

Required Skills

Tourism management knowledge

Holiday package creation

Basic understanding of travel destinations

Good communication skills (Basic English & Hindi)

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18–35 years

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers can apply

Gender: Female candidates preferred
