Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled EV Technician who will handle repairing, servicing, and maintenance of electric

two-wheelers at the center, along with providing on-road breakdown assistance to customers. The role

requires strong technical expertise, quick problem-solving skills, and customer handling ability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repairing & Maintenance



Diagnose and repair issues in EV two-wheelers (motor, controller, battery, wiring)



Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance



Ensure high-quality repair work with minimal repeat issues

2. Service Centre Operations



Handle daily service requests



Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and servicing before delivery



Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of service area

3. On-Road Assistance

 Attend breakdown calls and provide on-site repair/support 

Coordinate for vehicle pickup/drop if required



Ensure quick turnaround time for customer issues

4. Customer Handling



Handle technical complaints and provide solutions



Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service

5. Spare Parts & Inventory



Manage spare parts usage and stock



Inform management about required parts and shortages

6. Coordination

 Work with multiple EV brands for technical guidance



Update service manager on major issues and escalations

7. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain service records, and repair details



Report on daily work status and pending tasks
